- Parent(s) / Children – Covering letter In Case They Are Co-Sponsoring (Also Acts As A NOC)
- If The Trip Is Sponsored By Someone (Family Member, Relative Or Friends) Then Covering Letter Of That Person
- Minors, if traveling with one parent or none, NOC is required from the other parent or both parent in the form of an affidavit on a stamp paper and are to be notarized.
